The DOIT ESP8266-07 Wi-Fi Module is a compact, versatile, and cost-effective IoT solution built around the ESP8266EX SoC from Espressif Systems. Designed for embedded IoT applications, it offers a balance of small size, wireless range, and processing capability.
Unlike the ESP8266-01, the ESP8266-07 comes with a metal shielding case for stability and a U.FL connector that supports external Wi-Fi antennas, ensuring better range and stronger connectivity for demanding IoT applications.
It supports multiple networking modes (Station, Soft-AP, and Station + Soft-AP) and can be programmed using popular environments like Arduino IDE, Lua, and ESP-IDF.
